We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (MC, Visa)
Please call your insurance company well in advance of your visit to verify that you are covered when you come to our practice the first time and whenever there is a change in your insurance coverage or physician network. If you need help with this, please call our office so that our staff can try to help.
Copays are always due on arrival when checking in for a visit. We will charge a $10 billing charge if you arrive without your copay and we have to bill you for it.
Balances are due within 30 days of receiving a statement from our practice and are due on arrival when coming in for a visit and you have a balance.
Coinsurance amounts and deductibles (the part of our bill not covered by your insurance company) are calculated and due on the day you receive services.
Payment for services delivered by our practice is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
Patients without insurance are expected to pay for services in full on the day of the visit unless other arrangements are made in advance
If you have extreme financial hardship we will do our best to help so that you can receive the care you need and arrangements will be discussed on an individual basis and will require documentation of hardship.
